Delivery and Shipping Policy

Retail and most wholesale orders will ship within 1-2 business days (inventory permitting). Palletized items we deliver curbside only. If you need a White Glove Delivery Service, please, contacts us and we will discuss an additional cost for it. Unless you request otherwise, we generally ship by UPS, FedEx, LTL ground which usually provides the best rates.  Because retail orders ship from Florida, most orders placed with regular ground shipping within the continental US will reach you within 5-7 business days.  Please note that FedEx & UPS shipping times count business days and do not normally count or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays, so if you place an order on the Friday before a holiday weekend, you may not receive your order until the following Tuesday even if you choose overnight shipping.

White Glove Delivery Service

We highly recommend using our White Glove Delivery Service. Our delivery team carefully removes all the exterior packing materials, assembles and furniture and inspects the product for any damage. If you see any damage make sure in indicate this on the delivery receipt and call our customer service team within 48 hours. If by chance you accepted the furniture and notice anything missing or damaged parts contact us right away and we will ship you replacement parts free of charge. If you notice damage we must be informed with 48 hours in order to file a claim with the freight company. If we are unable to fix the damage we will pick up the original shipment and send you a full replacement.

Return Policy

If you have an issue with any of our products we encourage you to contact us immediately.  It is Exclusive Decor’s policy that every customer should be treated with dignity and respect and every attempt should be made to satisfy our customers.  We take pride in the products that we represent and we will work to ensure your satisfaction.

We stand behind everything we sell.  If you are not satisfied with  an item that you purchased online at can be returned for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging.Returns are only accepted in their original boxes, and should be unassembled. Once an item has been assembled, it is no longer returnable but may still be exchanged. Special order products such as items where fabrics can be selected are non refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges or pay for return shipping unless the wrong item was shipped. Please read below to see our return and exchange policies in depth. We recommend insuring your return shipment and using a trackable shipping method. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return transit or for returns that are never received.

Products Not Purchased at If the item wasn’t bought directly from us, you’ll have to contact the store from which you purchased it, as it will be subject to the return/exchange policy of the company you bought your item from (example- products purchased on Amazon will be subject to Amazon’s return policy).  If you have trouble making a return through your original seller, please let us know and we will do our best to assist you.

Please do not request a chargeback of your purchase from your credit card company while waiting for us to completely process your request. Refund processing involves several steps, some that we cannot control, so please be patient while awaiting the credit for the original purchase to appear on the card you used.
